New Castle, Indiana filmmaker, Sandra Slaven began writing at the of age 6. She mainly wrote poems and short stories which were just for her family's enjoyment during that time. In high school her favorite course was English Literature which she excelled in. She was advised that she should consider writing full time by one of her teachers. Having written several short stories and being an avid lover of movies, she decided to try her hand at screenwriting and in the late 90's she enrolled in the Hollywood Scriptwriting Institute out of Cahuenga, California. Her teacher was the late Earl Blakesley Jr. Blakesley played drums for various popular bands in the 1960's. He also wrote for the series "Love, American Style" and "China Beach", as well as for television personality, Joan Rivers. He was Sandra's first critic as well as teacher and because of his teaching she later called him her mentor.
In 2015 Slaven tried her hand at her first feature film titled "Losing Breen" which addressed early onset Alzheimer's Disease. "Losing Breen" became very popular with the Alzheimer's community and can be viewed now days on the Tubi channel.
Chris Gatrost is a 27 year old director and screenwriter from Radcliff, KY.
He is known for Spookie Dookie, Live Laugh Die and Live Laugh Die 2. Chris has two SAG feature films which includes Live Laugh Die and the upcoming The Rose Wagon.
Christian Griffith is known for The Rose Wagon (2022), ParaGenex Season 1 (2021) and Paragenex.
